Cancer Fitness are a local Community Interest Company who provide fitness classes specifically designed for cancer patients. Their classes are currently held in Southend and Hockley. Angie regularly attended classes and benefited hugely, not just with improved fitness, but confidence and friendship also. Click on the image to find out more.
