Meet the Hugglers

The Hugglers are being distributed via the Springfield Oncology Unit who have very kindly offered to help us reach oncology patients directly.

Our intention is to trial the service here in the hope there is both a demand and benefit to the service.

Hugglers are provided completely free of charge, all we ask in return is two small things:-

Firstly, when thinking of a name for your bear, please consider choosing one of the names below, but it’s also fine to choose your own name, whatever works best for you.

Secondly, if you have ideas on how we could improve this service, some photos of your bear in action, or just some general feedback, please contact us via the feedback form here on angieshugglers.org or directly via email to kevin@angieshugglers.org

Possible names for your new companion:-

Angie obviously appears, the other suggestions are all people who Angie loved dearly and we will try to give you a quick insight into their own unique characters:-

Angie - kind, caring, brave and unbelievably strong, a beautiful soul. Angie see’s the best in every situation and in every person she meets.

Harry - shy, strong, loyal. Harry will always be there to help, has the benefit of carrying many of Angie’s traits with him.

Sarah - talkative, compassionate, creative & helpful. Likes to be outdoors in nature, under the trees by day, stargazing under the moon by night. Here to listen & spread positive vibes, you got this!

Todd - loving, thoughtful and kind. Passionate about geography so will be a great help if you enjoy to travel, and will make you laugh with his great sense of humour along the way.

Carys - honest, determined and loving. Loves to be outside, especially with horses, will brighten your day with a song and a dance which will always make you smile.

Elder - strong willed, energetic, sensitive and a little bit silly! Also a nature lover, a free spirit full of energy here to remind you to let go & enjoy your wild side. Life is better outside!
